Springsville International School joined millions of Nigerians across the nation to celebrate the 65th Independence Day with great pride, color, and excitement!
The day began with the hoisting of the national flag and the singing of the National Anthem, filling the air with patriotic spirit. Students, teachers, and parents came together to honor Nigeria’s rich heritage and reflect on the nation’s journey to freedom and unity.
Our learners showcased their creativity and understanding of national values through cultural dances, poetry recitations, drama performances, and quiz competitions centered on Nigeria’s history. The event also featured an inspiring address by the Head of School, encouraging students to embrace patriotism, discipline, and excellence in all they do.
Colorful decorations in green and white adorned the school premises, symbolizing hope and peace. The highlight of the day was the inter-house march-past, where students displayed teamwork, pride, and enthusiasm.
